 ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $75 get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.  All of our products are housed and shipped from our studio in Raleigh, NC, USA.

Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment. NO order cancellations or modifications are allowed after order has been placed.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.

3. Shipping Costs

We use UPS and USPS for domestic orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. You will be shown the cost of shipping at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

6. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

7. Damages

Atelier on 8th is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping locations in the future.
