Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Atelier on 8th only offers store credit, no refunds are available unless the item received is damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at connect@atelieron8th.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 515A Saint Mary's st. Raleigh, 27605 NC. Shipping costs will not be refunded as we are a small business, we apologize for inconvenience. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The best way to ensure you get the item you want is to email us at connect@atelieron8th.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange your original purchase for. We will process your return immediately and issue you a store credit to use towards your new item(s). We will hold your new item(s) and ship them out as soon as we receive and inspect your original purchase and have verified that it meets our return/exchange criteria.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
