Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (4-8 business days): Free on orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $5.90 will apply.
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99 flat rate.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders shipped domestically will arrive within the time frame specified above depending on the chosen shipping method.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned, as we plan to expand our shipping regions in the future!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to track your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, there may be shipping delays beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or holiday shipping traffic. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Atelier on 8th is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Address Changes

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at connect@atelieron8th.com.
